Entry #79 After a rough couple of days, it was refreshing to have a day filled with productivity and accomplishment. Today was a day of tackling various tasks, from cooking a new recipe to organizing my shoe collection and finding a solution to a pesky draft at the front door. In this blog post, we'll dive into the details of my day, highlighting the successes and setbacks, and exploring how these experiences can be applied to everyday life. One of the highlights of my day was finally getting to make a recipe I've been eager to try: gluten-free chicken nuggets using almond flour, eggs, smoked chipotle, and nacho chips. The process began with measuring out the almond flour and seasoning it with taco seasoning. Next, I measured out egg whites and seasoned them with the same taco seasoning. Entry #40 I never thought much about my clothing, shoes, or accessories until recently. Growing up, I was content with throwing on whatever fit, without a second thought about how I looked. I was happy in my simplicity, rocking shorts and t-shirts throughout my younger years. That all changed when I received some constructive criticism from someone close to me. After my breakup, I was told that my wardrobe was a bit childish. It was time for an upgrade. I started incorporating jeans, button-down shirts, and polo's into my wardrobe. The feedback was positive, and I found myself going on more dates and enjoying nights out with friends. However, it wasn't until I started wearing watches and swapping jeans for khaki pants that I began to shift my perspective. One evening, someone complimented me on my "dapper" look.
