It’s moments like this that remind me all the effort is paying off, even when the progress feels slow or invisible. That loss, no matter how small, felt like a big win. I made it to the gym this morning and got in a great workout. It wasn’t just about moving weights or burning calories—it was about building momentum, clearing my mind, and sharing good conversations with others on their own journeys. Work was absolutely chaotic today. With Mother’s Day just around the corner and a store coupon bringing in crowds, the place was packed. It’s easy to feel overwhelmed on days like this, but I’m proud I kept my energy up and stayed focused.
