Entry #128 My Four Leaf Clover As I stepped out of bed this morning, my muscles still ached from the previous day's activities, but I was thrilled to be back at work. However, my enthusiastic plans were almost derailed when my loyal furry companion demanded to go outside just as I was about to leave. Thankfully, he was quick, and I arrived at work on time, only to discover that I had a surprise day off. *Seizing the Opportunity* With the unexpected free time, I decided to hit the gym early and indulge in a leisurely workout. I took my time with each step, from warm-up to cool-down, and relished the sense of accomplishment that came with completing my ideal exercise routine.
