Power-Up Evening: Small Wins, Big Moves
Song of the Day: “Holding Out for a Hero” Today was one of those days where the air is electric, the music is loud, and you feel like you might actually have superpowers… or at least enough energy to not eat cereal for dinner. After my workout—45 minutes of lifting and 45 minutes of cardio—I returned home, sweaty and sore, but proud. That’s when my two favorite imaginary sidekicks, Tobito as Positivity Prime and the Refried Avenger as Tranquil Titan, appeared to help me in the kitchen. Tranquil Titan was quietly adding protein powder to my shake, each scoop measured with the precision of a zen master. Meanwhile, Positivity Prime couldn’t contain his excitement. He tried to speed things up—flinging protein powder around like confetti at a parade.
