Today was one of those days where, if someone made a montage of it, it would play to a 2000s indie-pop song or, in this case, Marky Mark’s abs-powered anthem. I was confidently crossing off to-do list items like a man in a prescription-strength deodorant commercial.
I worked out early—because gains don’t rest—and then hit the grocery store. I’m still trying to figure out how to meal prep like a functioning adult, but I managed to avoid the snack aisle like it was my ex at Target. ✅ Progress.

I finally ordered the flooring I’ve been putting off, paid for overnight delivery, and bought a rug to throw on top of it like I’m the kind of guy who says things like "It really ties the room together."

“I give it two days before he tries to install that floor shirtless while blasting this same song on repeat,” Tobito quipped.
“Three days,” the Avenger countered. “And there will be power tools.”
They didn’t say it out loud, but I could feel it—pride, mixed with concern. They’ve been with me on this strange ride of reinvention. And tomorrow, something new stirs. A ripple. A crossover. ๐
