As I stepped back into the office after a break, I knew the first week would be a challenge. But what I didn't anticipate was the exhaustion that would accompany it. A lack of quality sleep throughout the week left me feeling rundown and drained.
Despite my best efforts to establish a routine, my sleep schedule remained elusive. I've been consistent with my gym sessions, expecting the physical activity to help regulate my sleep patterns. However, the benefits have yet to kick in.
The past two days have been particularly brutal. I've felt exhausted, like I'm running on empty. Simple tasks have required monumental effort, and I've had to force myself to stay focused and productive. Unfortunately, this has meant sacrificing other activities I enjoy, leaving me feeling unbalanced and unrejuvenated.
