"Lost in the Middle: Finding Motivation Again"

Entry #46

I've been on a journey of self-improvement for several months now, but lately, I've been feeling stuck. It's as if I'm climbing a mountain, pulling myself up towards the top, but I have no idea how much farther I have to go. I'm proud of the progress I've made in various areas of my life, from organizing my living space to streamlining my business operations.

However, despite my best efforts, I don't seem to be moving forward at the pace I'd like. Frustration is starting to creep in, making me wonder if all my hard work is worth it. I've been trying to push through, convincing myself that every small step counts, but it's getting harder.

Quitting isn't an option, no matter how tempting it may be. Instead, I've been thinking about reviewing my progress, reassessing my goals, and finding new ways to measure growth. Perhaps I need to adjust my expectations or find alternative motivators to keep me on track.

The truth is, whether I achieve my goals or not, it only affects me. So, shouldn't that be enough motivation? Why, then, do I struggle to stay motivated?
