"We've reached the halfway point of the boot camp - week 4! This milestone marked a significant moment for me: the first weigh-in since week one. I'm thrilled to report that I've made progress, shedding some weight and body fat. It's a fantastic motivator to keep pushing forward.
The journey so far has been straightforward, with a focus on working out and dialing in my diet and nutrition. As I continue through week 4 and into October, I'm getting closer to Halloween - and I even picked up my costume! But more importantly, I'm excited to see continued progress toward my goals.
By week 8, I'm hoping to see even more significant changes. For now, I'm celebrating small victories and using them as fuel to keep moving forward."
