I knew I needed a change, and I knew it had to start now. So, I committed to transforming my life for the better, beginning the very next day. Like many, I was bursting with motivation initially, but as the plateau hit, I discovered an online bootcamp that helped me push through.
This intense 8-week bootcamp demands my full dedication, and I'm determined to see results. To support my weight loss goal, I've enlisted the help of a smart watch, smart scale, and a revamped kitchen routine. My journey starts at 235 pounds, with a clear focus on nutrition and exercise.
I began by planning my workouts and daily calorie intake, followed by a grocery haul to set myself up for success. I firmly believe that "abs start in the kitchen," so I'm prioritizing healthy eating habits. The gym, while challenging, provides a welcome stress release.
After prepping meals for the week, I tackled my first gym session. Though the workout seemed manageable, it still left me breathless! I've made it through the first week of tracking food, workouts, and emotions, and I'm confident that this accountability will help me navigate the ups and downs of my weight loss journey.
