Like many, I was bursting with motivation initially, but as the plateau hit, I discovered an online bootcamp that helped me push through. This intense 8-week bootcamp demands my full dedication, and I'm determined to see results. To support my weight loss goal, I've enlisted the help of a smart watch, smart scale, and a revamped kitchen routine. My journey starts at 235 pounds, with a clear focus on nutrition and exercise. I began by planning my workouts and daily calorie intake, followed by a grocery haul to set myself up for success. Entry #1 I'll never forget the day a family friend walked into my home, wearing white shoes, blue sweatpants, and sporting a noticeable belly. In that instant, I made a silent vow to myself: if I ever found myself in a similar state, I would stop at nothing to transform my body. Little did I know, fate had other plans. Fast forward a year, and I found myself staring at a reflection that mirrored my friend's appearance. The harsh reality hit me like a ton of bricks: I didn't pull off white shoes, and more importantly, I desperately needed to shed the extra weight. It was a turning point that changed everything.
